We believe that since Adam ( the first man ) sinned all mankind has been stained with sin, which separates us from God our creator .
We believe that God as our creator has the right to judge us for our disobedience
( sin) , the punishment for this is death , not just the death of the body , but eternal separation from God in hell.
We believe that God loves us , his creation , so much that he sent his son , Jesus Christ , to take the punishment we deserve.
We believe that if we confess our sin to God , believing that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and with the power of the Holy Spirit turn our back on sin , then we will be saved from the punishment we deserve.
We believe that just as Jesus was raised to life , so we all will be , but for those who haven’t accepted Jesus it will be to judgement and Hell; but those who have repented of their sin will be brought into the glorious Kingdom of God , Heaven.
The core of Christianity is not rules and regulations but relationships !
Yes restored relationships.
God’s desire is for mankind to love Him for who he is .
Before Adam and Eve sinned God walked with them , talked with them, enjoyed their friendship.
But since sin entered the world that relationship has been shattered. But God did not give up on us .. No God put into play the plan He had for the world even before He created it.
Once again God walked amongst man , seeing their pain , their sin , their helplessness and brought hope and healing through His son Jesus Christ.
Jesus touched the lives of many people .. many people gained their sight , others were made to walk others had their sins forgiven. Jesus especially reached out to those the rest of society shunned ; prostitutes , lepers , unscrupulous money lenders etc and shared Gods love for them.
The same is true today.. God wants to restore His relationship with you.
